I wanted to provide a brief update on Elite’s life insurance department over the past 12 months. As you know, we launched the department from the ground up in June 2025, building both a career-agent channel and an independent agency/broker channel simultaneously. At one point, we grew our career team to seven agents. Through a great deal of testing and collaboration with other successful affiliates, I believe we have now identified the right structure and processes to support long-term growth. We currently have two agents on the career channel and are actively recruiting to expand the team again.

On the independent side, while production has been modest thus far, we have successfully brought on 14 agencies and several independent agents, resulting in more than 125 contracted individuals. Overall, I am very encouraged by the foundation we have built. I do believe we have the infrastructure and framework in place to drive meaningful life insurance production in the months and years ahead.

I also want to thank you for the support and guidance you’ve given me personally in the last year. Building this department from scratch has been a valuable learning experience, and I appreciate the confidence and coaching you’ve invested in helping us get it off the ground.

The Tele Sales Master Class was exactly the boost our Insurance Services team needed. In a short time, it has helped us successfully cross-sell our existing book of business and will improve our ability to recruit new agents.

As a Medicare-first agency, our team was hesitant to cross-sell due to the 48-hour rule, CMS guidelines, and compliance concerns. As a result, we often focused only on enrolling Medicare plans. Your training helped us build trust in the process and feel confident moving forward.

The support from you and the Amerilife team, along with Zach and Glenn from Orca, was the difference. The Dynamic quoting program, Voxr leads, scripting, and overall process are perfectly aligned, making it much easier to convert and close sales. The simplified process has our agents are buying in. Gwinn (MOO) Marty (Dynamic) Wade (Sbli) have also been helpful in learning the process.

Example: Steve Lander (Agent) wrote $30k in Life premium last month from his BoB.

Since the training, we have created our own Insurance Services Life Insurance Master Class. We are holding another session with our downline (Zeli) next week.

This training has also strengthened our recruiting efforts. We can now confidently lead with Life Insurance and followed by Medicare. Allowing agents to get paid now and building renewal later. The upcoming changes to the 48-hour SOA rule will allow us to cross-sell Medicare on the same day from life leads, significantly improving our return on investment.

In the past, we had to offer advances and draws during Medicare’s slow periods and low lead volume. With this new approach, we should be able to eliminate that practice and generate revenue year-round by selling life insurance and loading Medicare leads for AEP.

We have also joined the Amerilife National Recruiting Program, which will help us implement this strategy effectively.

Our marketing has even changed from Discover Medicare to Discover65 making sure our agents touch on HEALTH, WEALTH and LEGACY not just Medicare.
